Wellbeing gives us the feeling of contentment, happiness, fitness and success. It is a state of mindfulness, resilience and positivity which enables us to achieve our aspirations, gain work and life satisfaction, embrace growth-mindset and realise a sense of purpose. It is a state of feeling well. We start to sense this feeling since our early days of life.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wellbeing during the early years of life ensures good mental health, sound intellectual development, positive psychosocial skills and ability to learn new skills in the child, which in turn results in the all-round development of any child. In the current climate where competition is fierce, life is tough, present is unprecedented, future is uncertain and role models are scarce, children are often under immense emotional distress and mental pressure.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parents and teachers have a huge responsibility to promote children\u2019s wellbeing so that they grow up as confident, empathetic and resilient adults ready for the challenges of the modern era.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are various techniques and strategies for enhancing wellbeing in children and adolescents which parents and teachers may find
